Later, Ruben brought the tape to California to convert the tracks to .wav files. We then imported these tracks into Pro Tools at our studio in NJ. Ruben recorded his final vocal tracks at his NYC apartment using a mobile studio while production of harmony tracks were added in Jersey with layers of chorus tracks expanding the mix to 48 tracks. As collaboration continued via the internet, final mix of automating the plug-ins of equalizers, compressors, limiters, reverb, echo, gates and volume placement commenced.
