Celebrating their 25th Anniversary Season, the Euclid Quartet returns to Afinat Records’ catalogue with their follow-up to “American Quartets.” (AF1701). Breve (AR2401) delivers a curated collection of 11 single-movement short works from some of history’s finest composers. These works represent favorite pieces presented throughout their career as encores or even stand alone concert pieces. Designed to be played straight through as an album or on shuffle, Breve showcases stylistic variety and the Euclid Quartet’s trademark artistry and technical refinement.
