Tammerlin Lee Hunter & Arvid Smith - Wind Horses (CD)

This recording marked the beginning of inspiring collaborations with Lis and Lon Williamson, Del Suggs and others, and most importantly with engineer, Pete Winter, at Winterstone Productions. We used a full and talented band on most of it for a richer, more Americana sound. Arvid's guitar playing stands out-acoustic, electric, slide, fingerstyle and sonic effects on material that ranges from world music to the Civil War, from medieval France to the seals of Ireland. Stylistically, it's all over the place, but somehow, it makes perfect sense!
