"HOMESTEAD" features The Burros' signature combination of acoustic, electric and pedal-steel guitars, catchy hooks, solid harmonies, evocative lyrics, and polished arrangements.

Upon its release, HOMESTEAD received local radio airplay while generating respectable sales at live shows in the Detroit metro area.

HOMESTEAD was picked up for European mail-order distribution by MUSIC NETWORK, based in Bremen, Germany. "HOMESTEAD" was cited as Music Network's best-selling American import and as "Americana at its best" in the company's catalogue.

Concurrent with European distribution, the track "LITTLE LUXURIES" was selected for musical score placement in the feature film GROSSE POINTE BLANK, resulting in positive print press exposure and musical appearances on local (Dave Dixon) and national (Mitch Albom) radio shows.
