The Hillbilly Thomists eponymous first album was recorded in the classrooms and hallways of the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C. Mainly comprised of bluegrass and folk standards, this album was released in 2017 as a fundraiser for the order. The album unexpectedly landed at #3 on the Billboard Bluegrass charts, and the rest is history.
